1. State Bank Of India (SBI)

It is very easy to create a account in SBI. Follow simple steps below

2. Click on 'Apply Online'
3. Fill form and Verify the details
4. Get your welcome Kit

You need to maintain at least 1,000 Rs minimum balance if you are in metro cities, 500 Rs for cities, 250 Rs for normal urban areas.

3.Bank Of India (BOI)

1. First goto http://ola.bankofindia.com/Pages/AccountOpeningForm.aspx
2. Fill the data

You need to attach proof of identity and proof of address.

4.ICICI

1. Goto http://www.icicibank.com/Personal-Banking/account-deposit/savings-account/index.html
2. Click on apply now button
3. Fill the all mandatory details like personal details,account details and nominee details(if required).
4. Finally click on save button to submit

You need to maintain at least 1,000 Rs minimum balance in your account for everymonth other wise they will deduct 250 Rs for maintaining balance between  500 to 1,000 Rs and 350 Rs for maintaining balance under 5000 Rs. You can check the document checklist in the below link
